Forgot about Date Night. Horrible movie. Complete waste of Steve Carrell's presence. The biggest laughs are produced when Tina Fey tries to act like she's freaking out. Oh my. 2 Matty Rains.

A Perfect Getaway - I was worried that I would be forever turned off of Steve Zahn's goofiness after suffering through his excruciating performance on 'Treme.' Fortunately that was not the case. A decent enough dopey thriller about a couple being hunted down by a couple of serial killers in Hawaii, even though I figured out the twist almost immediately.

Me pro.

I don't want to post spoilers but I assume we are talking about the same detail. I gotta say, I found the ending of Dexter season 4 to be a very pleasant surprise.

The Life of David Gale - I've really been knocking out all the Kate Winslet rewatches lately (so fine). This one is all about Kevin Spacey though. After blasting out great roles in 'The Usual Suspects,' 'Se7en,' 'L.A. Confidential,' 'American Beauty' and 'Pay It Forward' how does an actor of this caliber settle for shit roles in films like 'Fred Claus,' 'Superman Returns' and '21'??? Jeezus Christ. Just a bunch of crap since 2004. Unreal.

As much as I love this movie and 'Dead Man Walking,' and respect the performances and messages that they provide, I'm still all for capital punishment. Weird eh?

Yeah the season borderline dragged about midway I thought, especially in comparison to season 1

But the ending totally salvaged it

We just saw Inception. I was a little worried because it started kind of slow and I'm easily irritated by Dicapprio, especially this puffy, brooding incarnation. But once they got into the "job".....wow.
