Boondock Saints II: All Saint's Day Dreadful. One of the worst sequels ever made. This destroyed everything that was original and cool about the first one. It was like Hollywood ate the first script and then shit out the second one. Terrible new characters added to the cast. One of those just being an awful female replica of what Willem Dafoe was in the first movie.

The Slammin' Salmon This is the fifth movie from the Broken Lizard crew (Super Troopers, Beerfest). Not one of their typical storylines, but I still thought it was funny and entertaining. Michael Clarke Duncan is actually really funny. Quite a few good one-liners.

Cobb Totally not what I was expecting. I thought this was a movie about his playing days and life during that time. Based on a true story about time he spent with a sportswriter when he was like 70 years old. They could have done so much better with the talent of Tommy Lee Jones.

LOLz.

Hoff do you recommend that Slammin' Salmon movie? Super Troopers is one of my favorites, but anything they did after I didn't like at all. I actually hadn't heard of this one, but might give it a try?

The Imaginarium of Dr Parnassus...It did run a little slow, but as I began to put some pieces together towards the end, the end justified the means. At least, the storyline that I created. I imagine that different people came up with different things for this one.

We watched The Lovely Bones and finished Season 1 of The Wire.

I loved The Lovely Bones, Bread didn't. And The Wire has most certainly lived up to the hype, although it took me until episode 7 to really get a good feel for it.

You didn't like Beerfest? I love their stupid humor so I liked this. Go in with low expectations and I think you will be pleasantly surprised. I hadn't heard of this either. I was walking past one of those redboxes at the gas station and I saw this on there. Seeing as it must have gone straight to video, I wasn't expecting much. Recommended.

Beerfest was pretty terrible IMO and i am a HUGE Super Troopers fan. Beerfest didn't go straight to vid it was just so bad it did terrible in theater.

I've not seen boondock saints I or II....

my grf loved the first one, talks about it all the time....

we saw that II came out.....

she rented it, I took a nap.... came out just in time to see some shooting/action scene in a greenhouse or somthing, it was sooooo horrible I laughed out loud a few times.... went back to my side of the house and left it at that

I remember Beerfest in theaters. I was saying I think The Slammin' Salmon went straight to video because I never saw previews or anything and didn't know it existed until I saw it on a Redbox.
