Fight Club again last night. Shit remains as fucking awesome as it did the first watch. Cami had seen it many times but did not know about the early stills of Tyler in single frames towards the beginning of the movie. Now she does.

Yeah that was a trip.

Not exactly what I would call a great movie. It was different. Thumbs up - it did a good job of what it was trying to do - but I don't know how much I would ever want to watch it again.

6 out of 10 for me.



As a side-note - since gamelive is a sports (?) forum - I would like to say that the sport of wrestling is some kind of messed up shit.
 
And yeah, okay, I had to do a little research before I opened my mouth but yeah - as I was watching the Foxcatcher movie - and I was watching this Mark Ruffalo character, David Schultz - who was supposed to be a couple years from winning an Olympic gold medal and wrestling at the '87 World Championships - and I just kept thinking, "Really? He's gotta be mid 40's. He's sportin' some flab there. He sure as fok doesn't look like a top of the world athlete. Channing Tatum I buy but this? Like, really?"

I was not crazy. Mark Ruffalo is 47 and his character was late 20's in 1987.
