I increased my urgency of sending out resumes this weekend and intend to keep that up. I'll be sneaking out to my car at work during the day and making more phone calls 'n shit.

Planning to book a week's vacation today at the earliest possible time. Because of other people who are off, that probably won't be till the first week of May, maybe the second.

Point being: if I don't have a new job by the end of that, I will kill myself.

I'm not desperate in any practical sense - in fact I am in a position to be very selective - but I know I will be moving on and just feel like - let's get on with it and get situated.

I booked the first week of May for vacation.

Also, Harmony came in for a visit today and brought the little baby.

So cute.

Harmony confirmed that childbirth was as excruciatingly painful as she feared and was a 20 out of 10 on the pain scale.

Have to call a recruiter today, she wants to talk to me about a job in the east end. I don't commute, and I don't want a job, but who knows what might happen.
