Interview with a long time competitor on Monday, half hour on the phone so not sure what to expect. Hugh company and one of the few in the industry that I view as treating their clients and employees well so that's cool. I know a branch manager there that looks on the Fb like he's quite posh, as Matty would say. Worked with that duder for a good amount of years. I also have always , and this for over a decade, viewed their automated system as being best in the industry when dialing into it to obtain information about their clients when taking them from them. So easy and fluid, even the opening chime is nice.

probably won't bring up that last part in the interview.

I accepted a job offer this past week. I'll give notice on Monday.

The other company made me an offer I couldn't refuse.

(I'm now a manager and doing sales - it's what I've been wanting!)

Honestly Cali I'm dealing with some serious shizznit and that literally made me burst out laughing.

Thank you.

You're welcome! :)

It's true though... selling humans as a resource... modern day slave trader.*

*My company recruits talented creative and marketing professionals and places them in contract, contract-to-hire and direct hire job opportunties in the Bay Area. All candidates and contractors are treated legally and fairly. We are an equal opportunity employer. The above comment made by CaliGirlNY is not a true reflection of the company or it's practices

Luck.

I increased my urgency of sending out resumes this weekend and intend to keep that up. I'll be sneaking out to my car at work during the day and making more phone calls 'n shit.

Planning to book a week's vacation today at the earliest possible time. Because of other people who are off, that probably won't be till the first week of May, maybe the second.

Point being: if I don't have a new job by the end of that, I will kill myself.
