I have a phone interview on Monday, moto industry job. I've met the last two people who held that job. Hoping I get it, I think I'd be good at it. 🤞

I fucking killed it. Couldn't have gone better. 75-minute discussion with the VP of Sales.

Next step is a credit/criminal/reference check, and a fokkin psychometric test.

It's looking decent boys. My only concern is that my credit file is pretty bare right now, I mostly use the joint credit card for which wifey is the main cardholder. Meh. Should be fine.

Certain categories of jobs, yeah. The corporate world is pretty classist that way. Lots of semi-covert gatekeeping.

It is. Isn't it common in lawyerland though? I worked for a law firm for a year and the application process was the most intense I've ever been through. They fucking called my university and 2-year college (CEGEP) to confirm that what I claimed on my resume was true. I studied fucking literature which had nothing to do with the job anyway, lol.
