I really have been crazy at work. Working 75+ hours a week right now. The summer and other uncontrollable work things have kept me pretty much out of social media commission.

Unfortunately that's the restaurant business RJ. You have to be there all the time to keep an eye on everything aka everyone. Money can easily be taken by bad employees. Example you got a bartender giving away drinks for pennies on the dollar and getting big tips from the customers. I would seriously have hidden cameras placed strategically throughout the place.

Remember one of my two dad's sayings mentioned here ..... "trust nothing that moves."

I knew a guy before cameras were everywhere that used to bring his own bottles in for his bar shifts. Good luck finding BOH help, that’s a struggle for everyone I know with a restaurant

Dingo, I am certain they don’t. It’s a small place and all money is accounted for at the end of the night. Only person that could “steal” would be my bartender and its not like we are a bar first place.
