33 hr's at 20 million dollars?

about 600,000 dollars per HR!!!!

Freeman gets paid 414,000 for the entire year and won't make more than a half million most likely until 2015, by which time Howard will be an anchor hold philly down

I'd compare their OPS and not their HR and RBI's..... i'm no poloroid though

No problem! I stated the reason behind the contract last year but posters don't pay attention! Archie, please for god's sake pay attention on the homefront! Don't want you waking up alone one morning wondering WTF happened!

Howard for the years 2006 and 2007 made a total of 1.255 million while hitting 105 HR and knocking in 285 runs! Even in Philly some fans don't grasp the concept that the Phils did the right thing by making it up to him! Yes, 25 million probably does appear too much but...........

Looking ahead after the 2016 season Howard would have made 180 million for 11 years of work! Roughly averaging out to 16.4 mil per year! Let's see how the total numbers are then!

PS Archie, the guy likes white meat and is from the midwest!

D-O-G

you are now brainwashed and bread has like 10 words that he can say in your presence of on the phone that will make you do a variety of things such as

posting TP roll Penis pics
posting online wedding footage
paying for survivor pools you didn't participate in
using an avatar of your chest in a yellow smiley face t-shirt
playing fb who wants to be a millionare
deleting yourself from the site

good luck, and welcome to the club

My point was that the Braves have the best young nucleus of talent in baseball, possibly.

Hanson, JJ, Heyward were already established coming in this season and all under 25.

Then there is Feeman and Kimbrel dominating the ROY race this season. Now we're even seeing guys like Minor, Delgado, Teheran and Vizciano show they can already pitch at this level.

That might be the rotation in 2 years - Hanson, Teheran, Minor, Delgado, Vizciano.

totally agree Jelly,

its almost like the 1991 braves de ja vu

Glavine, Smoltz, Avery, merker and getting Maddux at 27
Hunter, Deion, Gant, Justice, Blauser, Lemke

I'm a big fan of how the Braves system works and continues keeping on

OK, I get it now! The spelling of the thread title should have made me know you weren't going to do an adequate job of getting your point across!

By thw way, after 12/21/2012 it won't matter what the Braves have!
