Absolutely not. I'm doing the same thing I'm doing in baseball. Hockey uses GAR (goals above replacement). Every 6.1 GAR is worth one win above replacement (WAR). Add up the GAR value for everyone in the lineup, adjust for home and away and spit out the odds based on that. I have Oilers as a very slight road fave, so I bet any +money.

I'm intrigued to see the opening line for game 3.

Haha, there was a discussion about that on radio yesterday. Opinions vary wildly. So many Canadian guys on all the teams that it's kind of a moot point.

I would like McDavid to win one. The fact that he plays for the Oilers is largely irrelevant.
 
Yeah that's cool too. I'll be happy no matter who wins, I just wish there was more offense in this final. Florida is too good at defending the Oilers.

But yeah Tkachuk is easily one of my favorite active players. He plays like a good ol' Canadian boy.
