Got only two raises in 4.5 years at this place - one was cost-of-living, the other based on performance. Yearly bonus is 50% based on company performance, 50% on personal objectives and shit.

Made the mistake of discussing salary with black chick who sits next to me. She has a similar job, makes $15k less.

Being French is what puts me over the market rate.

majority of work is indoors...sometimes it's heated...sometimes it's not....sometimes you have to work out in the cold one day and sometes be inside on the next day when it's nicer..the flow of the job determines the what, where and how.
