its 4 months old... i used it at another site for a winter weight gaining log... i was getting some help with nutrition from a few people...if loggers dont scratch out their face or cut off their face, the mods do it for them... i dunno why, its just their policy

when i get done stuffing my fat ass in another month, ill post the result pic and then again when im done shedding some fat...

outside of the few things i mentioned earlier, its mainly used to grease pots/pans when i cook shit that might stick... i do spray it on the bottom of the rice maker too.. its tasteless

There is a subset of an older generation that grew up with Margarine and they are in no way trashy, it's just what they used and they continue to use it. Anyone who is < 40 and uses margarine is trashy.

Yes, this is us! But years ago MrsM went complete butter only but I still used CBIt'sNB for awhile! Now only 100% butter!
