Seems like a very tough lineup of games today in the NHL. I am just starting to take a look at the games to see if there are any sweet spots and nothing is really jumping out at me. I am going to wait awhile to see which goalies are actually going to start tonight before I make any plays.

Archie;

I think that Philly will beat Pitt tonight but again it should be a very close game; I think it will be a one goal Philly win again and it will be under.

Chicago/Boston; What a tough game to call. Teams are fairly even; My gut says that Boston will eek out a win here only because Chicago had a tough game last night and that Tim Thomas seems to be hitting his stride again.

The one game that I'm almost sure of is that Buffalo will beat Toronto tonight in Toronto. Buffalo can put a knife thru the heart of the Leafs and effectively end the Leaf's playoff chances AND cement their own playoff spot. I have absolutely no faith in the Leafs ability to win under pressure.

Looks like there could be a lot of games that go into extra time tonight so if you are into betting Tie/Parlay longshot's I suggest that you pick 3 or 4 close games and box them together because tonight could be one of those nights.

I would love to hear some more opinions about tonight's games....

Look's like the Ottawa Senator's are playing their back-up goalie tonight in Tampa Bay. This changes the outlook of that game quite a bit because Craig Anderson has been very good in nets ever since he moved to Ottawa. I'd be looking to the Tampa Puckline now as well.

These are the picks I have settled on so far:

Parlay's : All Combination's

VAN/NAS - -5.5
FLA/CBJ - -5.5
CAR/WAS- -5.5

Ties ( at end of regulation) - all combination's

CAR/WAS - T
PHI/PITT - T
CHI/BOS - T

Single's:

BUFF over TOR - ML
OTT over TB - PL
MTL over ATL - ML

I may still add a few.
