Its a shithole dying a painful, slow death due to the economy, the Canadians injected some much needed cash into the city.

I saw many news stories this week and the locals are glad to have the Canadians in town spending Canadian Dollars. Canadians got a good deal as a Canadian Dollar buys more than a US Dollar nowadays.
