I can totally relate. Just toasted up 4 slices of raisin toast this morning, leaving exactly 1 slice in the bag. I only toast them in pairs or 4's so I know it was an odd number of slices in the loaf.

I guess I'll deal with it one way or another down the line but holy shit man.

Cut it in half and make a mini sammich.

Dumerican.

americans dont eat mini anything plommer. this is the land of plenty pal.

and yes muddy, its a travesty. ive dabbled with saving the leftover slice and using it in conjunction with a brand new loaf. but what if the new loaf originally had an EVEN number of slices. then you ARE STILL FACING A LEFTOVER SLICE!!!!

mike i dont count the slices. the only thing i do is make sandwiches (2 and only 2 slices per sandwich). and at the end im left with a slice. barring any sort of paranormal or otherwise odd phenomenon and using deductive reasoning, there had to be an odd number of slices.

I myself don't count the slices; I just know I eat them in pairs and there is one left over.

Therefore = odd number.

I know what you're thinking: are you sure you didn't have a leftover slice from the previous loaf? Because if you do the math, that would mean you actually had an even number of slices in the current loaf.

No, I'd remember something as big as that.
