I was channel-flipping last night and saw Elizabeth May, Leader of the Green Party, giving a speech. She was very celebratory, happy as a pig in shit.

She won her riding, the Green Party's first seat ever.

With all honesty Matty, I never really understood why Quebec was constantly bitching about being recognnized as a distinct society. I know the french have their own language and all, but I just don't get why hardcore quebecers wanted to be recognized for this. I honestly have no issues with most frenchies at all, but it drives me friggin insane when I hear the hardcore frenchies constantly complaining about silly things.
