He could have deposited his millions in any bank in the world and live the high life yet he chose to move it to the only country he couldn't prove how he made it and win in federal court.

Good say.

Just goes to show that bookie smart doesn't equal street smart.

Spiros must have never heard of offshore banks or the Cayman Islands, which are a stones throw from Jamaica.

Spiros - some fukkin pro.

i think spiros will claim the money is from gambling outside of the americans and thinks he has some accounting gurus to help prove it... i bet he got some bad intel and believed that since he isnt the owner of a book that caters to americans, what business he did in the past would be forgotten...

starting to wonder if he didnt still have some serious ties to Legends that nobody really knew about... just speculation, who knows what will happen...keep the bullshit in that part of the country and ill be happy

The idea of offshore gambling is you stay offshore the whole time and conduct your business offshore with no financial ties to the US. What are the benefits of being a multimillionaire and residing in the US when you don't contact business in that country anymore?

Legends Sports (SBR rating A+) gaming license has been revoked in Panama. As a result, Legends has ceased accepting wagers and is in the process of implementing their contingency plan having player funds assumed by an A rated sportsbook. Players will be contacted within 48 hours with new account information. A minimal 2X play-through will be required prior to any cashout. This balance takeover is for players that held deposited funds with Legends; not users that had private arrangements.

For a sportsbook to assume the balances, just a 2X play-through is very reasonable. You're talking about an unrelated company essentially doing a bailout for the good of the industry.

Has nothing to do with how much cash they do or don't have. They have lost their licence in Panama. Seriously I thought you were more intelligent than this.

SBR Employees should be the next people to go to jail, they deserve it.

I'm glad I don't gamble anymore, what a pathetic industry of lowlife assholes.

Dear customers,

Due to recent events surrounding Legends Sports’ gaming license being revoked in Panama, Legends has ceased accepting wagers at this time.

After careful consideration WagerWeb Sportsbook and Casino has agreed to give players from Legends a new home with their full balance intact. This is a huge undertaking, and as such we ask that players be patient and understanding as we accommodate every one of our new clients. WagerWeb will be assuming responsibility for all accounts both funded and non-funded. Wagerweb will be requiring all pass through accounts with a balance fulfill a maximum 10X (Rollover of their balance) before any funds can be withdrawn.

WagerWeb has agreed to assist Legends customers for the good of the industry, as well as the well being of all Legends customers. WagerWeb will be calling out to all Legends customers and will be providing Customer Service to ensure the transition to WagerWeb goes smoothly and without incident. Wagerweb has always been a Sportbook that caterers to the recreational player and as such will be upholding the terms and conditions WagerWeb currently has listed on the Website. All WagerWeb Terms and Conditions and/or Rules must be agreed to prior to any wager taken place. Please contact WagerWeb directly with any questions and concerns.

WagerWeb looks forward to providing you with a stable wagering environment, and outstanding Customer Service.

I hope these people all rot in hell.

biting on what? a complete bailout? i'm sure plenty of books would have taken the clients if legendz sent them the money. For years all we heard from legends was how postup wasn't even a blip on their radar. So after all that they can't cough up a few bucks to pay their postup players?

wagerweb offers a 100% bonus up to 2k with 10x rollover as it is, this is the same thing. Wagerweb isn't doing anything. Oh, and if you win using your brain at ww, they won't pay you, so it's not like anyone is cashing out.

Offshore is a joke. I haven't bet offshore in over a year and I wouldn't risk posting up at any book taking US clients, including 5d, and bookmaker.

Anyone who claims any of these books is "safe" is either a lying shill or delusional.
