It depends on the info.

A lot of it is more like "he misses his wife, he wants to go home", "the ATP made him play this tourney even though he's injured because he was busted tanking in the last tourney" or someone is hiding an injury. That's the kind of stuff you could just have in a normal discussion so I can't see how anyone could get into trouble.

When it comes to the match fixing stuff, I think it'd be more of a matter for the ATP. They suspend and fine players guilty of doing it. One girl even was suspended for not reporting to the WTA right away that she'd been approached to fix. Even though she didn't take the money, because she was slow to tell them she still got punished.

Half of these people live in several places so I'm not sure how or who would charge them with anything. Maybe that's why it still goes on quite often. :dunno:
