I'm due to fly there on Saturday with my wife. I really don't know if we should go. Seems a tab bit disrespectful to go there, drink, gamble, eat and generally have fun. I know I shouldn't let the crazies control my life, but this situation has me in a bind on what to do. I am flying on air miles and I can't cancel or change to another location.

I dont think its far fetched at all.

He could have had a rage inside of him growing stronger every year. Maybe he even went out if his way to hide his motive to add more mystery to his horrific cowardly act.

My completely uneducated opinion is that he was a completely nutty creature of habit and he couldn't stand the fact that his nightly routine was interrupted. This is construed from very little data, but it's my first impression.
