Been dead here too. December always sucks to get material going because people don't want to be thinking about mortgages right now because of the Holidays. In January shit gets poppin.

Did you have a good holiday Kato? I drove 6 hours each way in 2 days back and forth to Delaware. The weather could not have been better but damn tha's a lot of driving for ol Stevie boy.
