Sorry, no....I meant you should ask Casper if the other party who would need to be on JJ has agreed to appear, or whether or not the producers have even talked to them...if you don't know the background story on Kara and Ben, you really need to familiarize yourself with that story. It's legendary.


I assume that the other party (Ben and Kara) would need to be present, but Casper is refusing to answer questions regarding them for some reason. Something's rotten in Denmark.

IAG, I googled if both parties have to agree to appear on Judge Judy and from what I see the answer is yes. They have to sign a waiver saying that the arbitration in Judge Judy's court will be considered final and the matter will not be filed in any other court.
