Here "officially" to run an alcohol delivery company you have to be licensed by the Alcohol and gaming commission. My buddy has such a business. He's not supposed to stock anything but only go when the stores are open. He does violate that rule.... he gets more calls around midnight when the liquor stores are closed than at 8 pm when they are still open.
