Dave's right. Plus you're looking for some slack from the very people that you've been a dick to in the past. When I was 21 I would go to construction sites at night and steal any good tools that were left laying around. I don't get shit for it now because I don't hang out with those construction workers anymore. See how it works?
 
I still feel guilty about it, trust me Mike. As a kid I couldn't pick my nose without it being broadcast amongst the whole village. When I settled in Portland I literally went wild with the anonymity. I'm not proud of what I did but neither do I wish to hide from it.
 
While I would like to believe that Herman is taking responsibility for his actions now, I have a feeling that he's going to show the same pattern he normally does. He'll act remorseful and take full responsibility to then turn around and act like a dick a short time later.
 
Herman, you have acted like a dick many times, not just on this site. I would like to take you at face value that you are taking responsibility for your actions and that you'll change. However, as you pointed out to me before, I have the mental capacity of a first grader, so clearly I wouldn't be a good judge of that.
 
For starters, you made me look like a fool yet again for taking up your cause when everybody else thought you were full of shit. Now, I accept responsibility for playing the part of the fool by letting my heart overrule my head in that matter, but you unceremoniously pulled the rug out from under me when you admitted it your whole story could be made-up. Considering I'm one of the few people in forumville who used to have even a semi-favorable opinion of you, the insult was even more egregious.

I make a fool of myself often enough without people like you piling on. :banghead:
