I want to talk about steak

I am making Korean Short Ribs for dinner.. It was $23 for about 2 lbs of nicely cut beef... I can't wait... should look like this.

Had top sirloin tonight. Fokken delicious. Cooked it on the Foreman. Paired it with a nice red blend.

Pound for pound........


Top Sirloin >>>>> filet (if you know how to cook steak).

This is what I always have thought about steak: First off good sirloin steak was same/went by NY strip steak title? Filet is more tender than NY strip but not as flavorful?

Tron, only seem to eat steak out at restaurants anymore so please give me your procedure for cooking (along with any marinade type procedure beforehand) for the best results! TY kindly! :hattip:

I just roll with salt and pepper and cook it for 6 minutes each side.

I also put a little water on the plate to cool and soften the exterior as it comes off the grill...it also
Aids in the juice making.
I enjoy garlic bread with my steak and I like to swirl it in the liquid love.
