For so many reasons.

Fuck the haters. I still don't get him.

I do understand his efforts though.

He is NOT taking no for an answer.

Tim Tebow and the way he plays future IS the future.

Elway WONT like it because it isn't him.

Tebow will learn to pass as he needs to.

Funny thing is he already learned the skillset - it's called winning. Vick fooled everyone, including me. He does it with decisions in his head of not being broken though.

Vick might still do OK this year but but he offers nothing as far as durability.

He completes one pass - and you bet against it - enjoy your nightmare.

All I am saying.
 
So far he at least has one thing in common with Elway. He can find a way to win at end of games. So different from everyone else we've had here.
Maybe, he'll change the way the game is played or maybe he'll be forgotten in 5 weeks. But he certainly tries to act honorably and respectfully. And I appreciate that. Being an atheist myself I have no problem with Tebow.

Hahaha. I look at I this way- if Denver had a real QB, they could be 7-3 or better. When people tell me he just wins, it tells me the team is carrying his ass.
 
The hate for him is uncalled for by and large from what I can determine

the hate for his legion of clueless fans is called for

he won't succeed long term

but it sure is entertaining to watch it while it lasts, and it will be entertaining to watch when he crashes and burns
 
Esthetically and fundamentally Tebow is garbage as a quarterback. He is not nor will he ever be in the same league as a Tom Brady, Aaron Roger's, or any number of other great quarterbacks past and present. At least not from a visual perspective.

The game is more than what is pleasing to the eye though. The game is about winning and I ask you this question. Taking into account the games Tebow has played in would Denver have won anymore games with Brady, Rogers or any other quarterback you want to throw in the mix?

Green Bay's defense doesn't have the same urgency to HAVE to perform as does Denver because they are confident the Rogers and the offense can and will score. Denvers defense doesn't have that luxury and they MUSt and HAVE performed amazingly in the games.

Also stop and look at the supporting cast Tebow has around him on that offense. He doesn't exactly have the cream of the crop and even some of the better players are now hurt.

It's not pretty and it certainly is annoying if you are a purist to watch the laboring efforts to throw the ball but it is above all winning.

That is an interesting point.

All we know is we love to watch Denver games now. Dude is pure Casperwaits.
