Thank you for the info! I will definitely check into that. I won't be able to do anything for a few months (work is a little crazy and my schedule is unpredictable)...but I would love to get involved in some way. I am tired of sitting in the house all the time.

On another note, want to see our cheerleaders? They're not great. I asked around and no one really knows who they are. I think the general consensus is a little bit of disdain. Why would you pick being a half assed cheerleader over playing roller derby?

 
Now I've been sitting here sucked into youtube. This video explains the basics of roller derby. It was shot at our warehouse during the newbie bout that I had to miss because I messed up my knee. Now gamelive, you must set me free to go take on the day.

 
I didn't say the cheerleaders were horrible, just not great. I think part of why I don't like them is their attitude, which really doesn't come across in a one minute video. They're pretty "cheerleady" and not very friendly.

On a side note, I kinda wanna touch Pam Demonium. Nice to see she enjoys discipline!
