 on 1k RR

Personally I loved the play of the day but it's not like I jumped on it every time. I make the wager I'm going to make regardless, but some of them were damn good.

If we ever went back to something like I would suggest also keeping the bet of the day for each individual with the standings alive but i know that is a lot of work for the site and that the site play of the day had other repercussions to the site that were pretty deep.

So there's my ramble on that. Enlightening I know.

Durito and Muddy I appreciate you guys staying on topic and replying in kind. The fact that this concept isn't one which is in your wheelhouse is perfectly ok. I was just throwing it out there. I've tried it before myself and it failed miserably. I tried to organize it with everyone but most don't like structure and especially structure that someone else sets up.

No prob guys. Muddy your continued opinions in Mud plays will always be highly appreciated.

As for the rest of you with the exception of Blitty your disinterst has been noted and no problem.

Blitty, this idea might have made you a little extra income and save you before you end having to take your dates to soup kitchens for dinner.

It was a different methodology, but it worked to achieve the same objective, consensus plays to help everyone make money. It nearly tore the board apart a few times, but had a few comedic moments.

My overall conclusion at the end of the experiment is that wagering is a very personal endeavour and it should stay that way. It is the risking of money on the basis of one's opinions, and to attempt to boil several opinions down into a simplistic few plays every now and then is to disrespect the complexity and individuality of each contributor. It's simply the nature of the beast when your most elite cappers are hitting win percentages in the middle 50s, that concensus will be difficult to achieve at all and provide marginal results the few times it does occur.

you are *so* high right now.

Man I love Towelie. I think he's probably my favorite cartoon character ever.

Am I the only one that thinks that these two guys could be distantly related to Wal and Mudcat?
