nah, they give a ton of perks to people who have been with them forever... they have allowed me to early upgrade, pay bills late with no fee, given loaner phones when shit breaks and they arent supposed to do that... change all sorts of shit with no fees... in the past, they have credited me when a situation like this one comes up... but im not feeling controversial right now, so im not going to call and bother to bitch.. ill just eat it .. ill get what i want from them next time and ill make sure its something that fucks them

Oh, well that's cool that they do that stuff....what carrier do you use? Only down fall to the straight talk and other prepaid/pay as you go carriers is you have to pay for the phones, no specials or anything on phones or accessories. If I wanted to upgrade my phone, I'd have to pay full price for the phone.
