Had to rush through dinner.

Today I fried in 1/4" of olive oil and a lip bit of butter. ..so I had too many drippings...


Left about 1/8th in worth in the pan...added some water and put burner on high...


Scraped around the bottom to loosen all the stuff thst was stuck.


Little bit of gravy master...liberal with salt.


Continue cooking at a boil..


Meanwhile I have a glass of ice water chilling...scrape out the ice and add flour....mix well.

Add to boiling pan slowly while stirring. ..turn to medium.


I keep a packet of instant gravy in case its too weak or you need more.


My wife's gravy is better then mine but mine is improving

Like most meat dry houser, maybe some cayenne on a chicken breast. BBQ chicken is good though. She's out in the kitchen makin some magic while I dick around and drink beer. Life is good.
