ok sorry for the corrections everyone. I love to cook. I take classes at the culinary school in NYC all the time. I make one hell of a homemade gnocci, also ginger marinated steaks with corn relish, ooh and I love making souffles.

ok so first course options: bruschetta is a great idea. stuffed mushrooms, jicama and cucumber sticks and dip (homemade chipoltle ranch), maybe croquettes.
