Not good recently. Things will change.

I’m a very positive person…
back in the olden days of the late 90s in another gambol life of mine, the Hong Kongers bettors used to say "good good bet" or "day day up", it was like Americans saying "good luck" in a casino or "have a good (gambling) day", we used to say those phrases around two dozen times per day, I don't know if they are still in use or if they got lost with time and dead old gamblers, all the old timers used to say them in their sino british accents even if they had never left the delta and us brand new ones used to emulate them, sometimes I miss pico man he knew about these people and this lifestyle, for a short moment in time it was like the Mecca of sports betting, the level of fervor and the social acceptability for sports bets society-wide and going beyond that there was an expectation to play, a bookie could work just two square blocks around his apartment home and he'd have enough players for a comfortable living, a few times pico and me reminisced about those old times gone, I don't think there will ever be anything like it or at least I will never see anything like it again, we should bring these phrases back Shorty popularize them again dont let them die

day day up Shorty!
