Rogue, Craigslist works well here, the police DO NOT setup or bust guys looking for paid sex, that is an American thing, really.

The police will only get involved when there is a pimp or underage girl.

The cops here just aren't interested in busting "johns" and the laws that could possibly be enforced don't have much of a consequence - likely a fine or community service at worst. It's a very low priority for Canadian police depts. especially big city ones.
