It really depends. There are plenty of lines that get bet the opposite way overnight and then pounded on the other side during game day. If you're getting an edge on game day and no new information is coming out (like lineups or injury updates), you'll likely be fine long term.

It is of course not sustainable but it will run like that. Months of break-even bets followed by hot streaks are not uncommon for me at all.
