I like my own burgers off the barbecue. I have them about once a week. I very seldom have burgers at any joints. I can't remember the last time. I kind of remember liking Wendy's burgers in a guilty greasy way but they are simply a different - lesser - form of food.

I can't imagine a situation arising where I would ever eat a MacDonalds burger again.

Oh yeah, seeing Matty there reminds me of the time we met at the W Burger Bar. That was a very good burger.

That was a specialty shop though - not a chain.

No Catshit or Mustard but the rest is good.. Last year in costa rica this guy wouldn't eat the beef that was from there because it was grass fed and he thought it tasted gamey. I said that's what it is supposed to taste like.

Grass fed is a joke. Less fat vs. a grain fed or grain finished animal produces a leaner and thus dryer and less flavorfull burger. In this instance fat is good. I respectfully take issue with your sustainable and humane choices in cattle raising. Excellent toppings though, especially the shannon cado.

I miss it sometimes.

The home-made Big Mac far surpassed my expectations...The secret sauce recipe was pretty close to exact...It seems to glue the lettuce to the burger which is +EV imo.. We will be making the copycat burgers again, that's for sure.
