Of course not, that was an amateurish attempt at a false flag

This is what's known so far

There's a doctor/investor 63 yr old Haitian with businesses in US/Haiti/Dominican Republic, he calls a security company in Doral, Florida owned by Venezuelans, to hire security supposedly for his businesses in Haiti, in reality this kick starts the hiring process of the Colombian mercenaries that killed the President

There were a total of 28 people involved in a military capacity during the act, 2 Haitian American citizens and 26 Colombians

Through the company in Doral, named CTU Security (https://www.ctusecurity.com/), a retired Colombian Army sergeant starts recruiting ex military folks, he was looking for the best commandos but many declined, many ex soldiers were suspicious and many were too skilled for this job and didn't want any part of it, so he calls in ex military from a search and rescue squad, all retired, not the best folks at all for extreme combat, the sergeant promise them that it's a mission to safeguard the President of Haiti during a Central American tour, sergeant keeps bsing them for 4 months, he promise them between $2500 and $3500 for the job, he instructs them that they don't need visas just a valid passport

In total, divided between 2 groups, the 26 Colombians embark for Santo Domingo, and then they make their way to Haiti

In Haiti, they were told to hold

One of the Haitian Americans is a key figure, he had worked as security for the Canadian embassy in Haiti, ran an NGO in Miami to raise funds to supposedly help Haitians, the guy was what I call aware, not naive to what was happening, this guy had flown to various countries in the months leading to the attack, Panama, Colombia, Ecuador, allegedly he was the one that was recruiting for the real assassination job, within the group of Colombians there were some that were in the known to what was the real mission

In February of this year the President had called out a plan to kill him, the President said that the powerful money families that control the industries of Banking, Telephony and Electricity were making a complot to kill him

So the theory and most likely scenario goes, the rich families put up the money to organize the plot, it was a lot of money to move all these ex soldiers, hire an American firm, etc,... the doctor, rich to Haitian standards but middle class in America gets suckered in to put it all together, in their thinking American company provides legitimacy... poor Colombian military veterans with a shitty pension get corral in

And the conspiracy theory or what we don't know right now is what really happened inside and who knew what, it's believed that there were more than 20 police officers inside the house guarding the President, none of them were hurt during the confrontation, most likely there was a second plot, the true assassination plan from within the police, it is believed some Colombians knew of the assassination plot and these were the ones massacre by the police, the rest of the mercenaries had no idea proven by the fact they had no escape route, no properly trained military will go in without an out planned, post factum these people were told to go to a house not to far from the President's and hide it out instructed by the doctor, and they were promptly arrested, the whole DEA charade was an effort of the doctor that arrange everything, how ridiculous of a plot to blame the DEA like anyone will believe that, so it is believe this doctor was just a pawn as well as the Colombian mercenaries, the Haitian American that organized everything was a knight that was also sacrificed, the greater plot was from within

at first I thought it was an opposing political party, but the rich families support all political parties in these type of countries, the dead President was in control of the Police force and received it's support during his term, only a greater force above all pillars of society could manipulate this assassination, I believe the President fell out of grace of the rich families of the country and paid with his life when he refused to give up power in February

the doctor was arrested, the Haitian American was arrested, the Colombian sergeant was killed
