come on guys, mudcat asked a legitimate question, we don't have to turn this into a frat house "comedy" hour

now a few other pieces of advice that occurred to me:

- don't "settle" on a product unless you FALL IN LOVE WITH IT. There are MANY subtle differences between the millions of hair products - if you find one you can't live without, you'll know it. If you aren't sure if you couldn't live without something you've been using - then you can, and you should keep looking and experimenting

- also be aware that there are MANY different uses and purposes for mousses, gels, foams, cremes, sprays, shapers, etc etc you should be able to achieve different degrees of hold to suit both the event you are attending, even if it's just beers with the guys, as well as the weather and environment you will be in, inside AND out
