it's not the wine, it is the sulfites in the wine. Look for wines with no sulfites on the label, or just get an oxygen machine.

Take up Vodka, chain smoking and get really stressed to the point where you don't want to eat and yes on the working out. Worked for me, 35 lbs in 6 weeks I feel a lot better now and look good in comparison to how it was.
