We try to keep it to road trips in the Boner household but definitely get it once or twice a month to save the hassle of cooking dinner.

Plus a hash brown is much more than a potato. Shit the largest single cost is probably energy/electricity (gotta process the potatoes, mix them, bake them, freeze them, truck them, heat them). Not to mention the human capital invested.

You shoulda said - "$3, a KW of electricity costs $.14, cmon people."
