This is probably a dumb question but for work I use one of those prepaid unlimited plans that is pennies on the dollar compared to what a major carrier would be.

My question is, say from Coasta Rica, would I be able to get one of these and pay the $45 a month to call unlimited US #'s from CR?

I assume not just curious though.

I wouldn't bring the family there, to close to the cartels, uncontrollable elements. not that you all would be in immediate danger but so many other places with similar features.

Yes you can gamble with Pinnacle anywhere except the US pavy
