Never heard a word about ip's from either one, making bets all over the world with a us registered account. I'm still playing right now at sb account in my name registered in Colorado and they don't care. I presume they check ip's for people multi-accounting them but otherwise no issues. Even sia shouldn't be an issue, but the assholes have been known to ask for hotel receipts and stupid shit.

Monkey I've had NO IP restrictions when I travel.... but I make 99% of my bets from Canada.... remember tho Gamebookers does an IP chick so I can't bet there.
