That was a fokken goal. But apparently refs are allowed to say that they were "in the process of blowing the whistle", i.e. they meant to stop the play before the whistle actually made a sound.

Seems as though Pittsburgh cannot do anything severe enough to get a penalty. Ottawa will have to beat Bettman as well.
