I think you need a fitness band thingie to get the most out of it. It doesn't do much by itself.

Now, I had no idea that it had been tracking my steps in the background. Looks like it's activated whether you like it or not.

I average 3 kilometers a day.

I just checked it out. Doesn't seem like the most user friendly app that's for sure.

If you can add an additional 2 km of fast walking and cut down on your portions then I bet you would be down to 195 in 4 months.
