Ran into that today, ordered Subway. Train of thought was I would rather taster the lettuce BUT I'm getting more and more beefy so let's go with the spinach.

It went well and I weigh less and am significantly beefier than poster Matty.

Never once bothered checking it out. Is there anything good about it? Is it useful?

I think you need a fitness band thingie to get the most out of it. It doesn't do much by itself.

Now, I had no idea that it had been tracking my steps in the background. Looks like it's activated whether you like it or not.

I average 3 kilometers a day.
