1. Fernandinho should have had 2 yellow cards in first half.
2. Disallowing Colombian goal in 65th for foul..where?
3. Giving Hulk a foul on a dive and giving yellow to James on top.
4. Not giving red card to Brazilian goalie for bringing down last Colombian player on penalty.
