Ever buy really fancy bacon?

I went to a yuppie butcher shop after the gym today and bought a slab of double smoked bacon. It has quite the fat back on it, I'm quite excited by it and will report on it in the morning/afternoon

All I ever buy is deli bacon. The pre packaged stuff is garbage. Also never fry your bacon, always bake it in the oven.

Actually, it's not really worth it to be honest. I like mine crispy, straight as an arrow. So yeah, that is a difference maker.
