I would look at the person's ebay rating...if it is VERY good he may not be being scammed....just a person that didn't get what he wanted or thought from the auction...

If you wait you could get the computer for what you paid. They cannot pull bakc if they "feel they didn't get what they wanted" It would fuck them on ebay.

perfect rating....has not sold in a while. I don't think it is a scam but it smells like one. Baseballs will lose all buyer protections....
 
I was refunded in full by the seller. I check ratings and reviews before I make any purchases and can say I have never had a problem before. I think this would have been a decent buy in the end had I pressed the issue, but not worth the effort. After getting feedback from matty, swarmy and plommer earlier, I called the guy and told him to go ahead and refund. He was extremely apologetic and said again it was a family emergency. It is what it is. I will look into other options for computers. Thanks again to the fine people of gamelive for your assistance.
