It's amazing how he managed to make money in gambling without thinking outside the box.

Sorry Plom my list is accurate. If you are a professional you should probably play every where and accept the risks and the hassles. But no one is based in the USA as a pro with only access to USA facing books.

If you are just betting for fun, I wouldn't suggest playing online from the USA, it's a scam. Any book that take players from the USA can be shutdown and funds gone without notice at any time.

If you are outside the USA, then pinny is the answer. I suppose if you are looking for more betting options some Euro book like Bet365 will do nicely and not steal your money, but don't expect to make much there either.

The whole thing is a big fucking scam and I'm looking forward to being done with it all.
