Some decent resistance. I was going to return it because of Robyn's point about the structure of my house, but when I called they said I would have to pay to ship and I didn't feel like footing that bill or the effort. I thought they should send me a tag to send it back but i didn't complain, didn't want Randy after me.

Now Randy I am going to speak to you directly. I notice you cleverly have FOUR hand grips in the 3 minute blast where as you only include TWO. Thus the 3 minute blast becomes a 3 minute 30 second blast at least while we change the hooks doesn't it OR of course we could buy more shit from you. Disappointed there Randy.

Otherwise fun machine to use. The structure of the house actually isn't an issue because you can use it with pretty much any closed door. I especially like their warning about "make sure you know no one will be coming through the door you plan to use it on."Yes i understand it is buttrapeage over time but it's OK good for something to mix it up with the free weights here and there, plus you learn some MMA moves. I am praying 174 doesn't bodyslam a strangeror an enemy sometime soon.
