As a Sopranos die hard, I will say that your plans make me jealous. I just hope you are watching the Sopranos on DVD and not the watered sown version on A&E.

-29F? that's fucking cold. last winter we had a week of -teens Fahrenheit. It was the coldest week of my life. but I felt like, once you get under 10 degrees F, you don't feel any different at -10 as long as you aren't in the face of a big wind. the only difference I felt, is that you could feel your nose hairs freezing in between breaths.

I think this storm build up is all a big over-exageration, ratings ploy and selling shovels/salt to post the economy conspiracy. they say 24 inches here in Chicago? 20 foot waves on lake michigan, 10 foot snow drifts.

We'll see 40% of that.

I actually prefer the A&E version. The language used in some of the actual episodes made me cry and it is good to be able to enjoy the show without feeling so upset.

I only have the first 3 seasons on DVD. Season 4 is next from Netflix after I finish the Wire season 5.
