Ben has nothing to do with my suit against her. FYI, the small claims court case HAS to be filed. Has to be filled before JJ takes the case. The cost to file is next to nothing.

I really do...but you are seeing hate where there just isn't any. Just because I don't buy into everything you say, doesn't mean I hate you or am out to get you. Jeez.


Bacon frustrates the hell out of me too, but I still consider him a friend who I have been trying to help over the past 7 weeks....it doesn't mean I agree with everything he says/does. In fact lately I disagree with most things he says and does.

Dude I got slam dunked by ANOTHER chick who suddenly has a boyfriend just this morning before breakfast even. Maybe I would if I cared if I was a good linesmaker...Why not RJ? Why not Q? Only reason I say RJ is because I am assuming virtually all of the risk here and in my mind I did a pre-emptive strike against anyone without a "clean as a whistle" rep. Nothing against RJ...I just know too many people could potentially be swayed to say they got your money on a free roll. Therefore there are many people who I trust pretty much, but think it should be someone who has never been accused of any financial misdealings with any forum sites, other posters etc. ..that pretty much cut out a good portion of my initial choices...my other choices I know you wouldn't go for...Mikey, FW, Nina, etc...



also Bacon is probably right in that I should not be encouraging you to bet when you still owe other posters....Idk. Take it or leave it. I've spent way too much time on this for $100.

Honestly I was going to say -4000 and out of respect for your ability to actually make weird things happen I lowered it. I might not have verbalized it if not for the thread, but whatever.

Ok. FW is good. 24 hours. Let me know. I won't be sorry if I lose...I will be amazed, but not sorry. I'm good with the bet or no bet.

If you don't get on, but do get a civil Judgment, let me know. Collecting on those is what I did for years...garnishments, liens, interrogatores, bank levys.... I know that stuff inside out. If she hasn't already, try to get a partial payment made with a personal check....keep a copy of the check with her bank name and account number. You might need it in the future if you get a non -Judge Judy Judgment.
