I'm not going to rehash.

I will though encapsulate.

I paid for hot water heater for lodging and usage of her address to get Mass. residency.
She reneged on agreement when she "allowed" Ben to throw me out.

I didn't stay there for free. I paid for all the food and everything else while I was there.

Kara will agree to go on because even if she loses, Judge Judy pays her loss. They also pay for her transport and hotel to L.A. Considering she doesn't work, a free vacation is enough enticement for her.

Either that, or she pays out of pocket in small claims court.

I have receipt of purchase of hot water heater. I also have a piece of mail that was sent to her house with my name on it (bank statement).

I also have texts saying she owes me $$ and that she intended to pay me the next day.

I have so much stuff that the only way I could lose is if I lose my cool.

I won't let that happen.

If you think for a second that JJ wouldn't air our story is mind boggling. I'm at an advantage here because I know how the producer feels about my story. I know you take JP and his obvious cluelessness about how the process works in the show.

No. I think you were using her to try to build up some sort of tout service. I believe she actually existed...and that she probably made one or two of the posts herself. Duh. I don't believe she was making picks. I will never believe that. I believe you probably convinced her this was good exposure for her,and thought it was also a way to get close to her.

In any case, let me know if you want to take that bet...you will need to post up though.

You are making an assumption. I have a lot of logic on why odds are that high.

I know women. I doubt she wants to go on National TV and admit she hooked up with you on a Sugardaddy.com website...all the stuff that makes her (via Ben) look crazy only to potentially lose. No stupid 2 day air/hotel in California is worth that. Maybe for you it is.

I understand that you think that you would win anyway if you took her to civil/small claims court, but I think she would take that gamble. She is probably judgement proof from what you said about her inability to pay her bills. I don't recall you saying she worked. Also you need money to initiate a small claims action...filing fee, server fee etc...

Combined with Ben's obvious mental health issues, I just don't see it happening. It's not worth the risk/reward for her.

I don't see why everything I say you take as a personal attack. Me thinking she won't appear has nothing to do with you. It's not a reflection of you at all. Jeez is right.
 
Ben has nothing to do with my suit against her. FYI, the small claims court case HAS to be filed. Has to be filled before JJ takes the case. The cost to file is next to nothing.

You say you know women, but you don't know her. A trip to L.A. and the understanding she won't have to pay me is enough for her.

This has nothing to do with JP and how he said the show works. I didn't even read all tha. You post up your $100. I will not tie up $1800 for an indefinite length of time, but I think everyone knows I am good for it. How soon can I expect the show to air? A cut of $1800 is a good incentive for anyone to say they got your money. How bout Mr. Q holds your money? He seems like about as removed from this as one can get?
